We saw an opportunity to provide top-tier consultants and interim executives with a more cost-effective approach making these experts more accessible to a broader set of clients. After years of working in the consulting and in industry, Michael Kushner experienced many examples where a client needed only one or a few resources and that the top consulting firms and Big 4 were not structured to support these smaller engagements or provide top talent cost effectively. Michael focused on creating an on-demand model to provide proven talent that is culturally aligned with the client. Dabahn was started in 2015.
